Managing Stress in the Face of Uncertainty

Join other farmers for a series of presentations, followed by a Q&A. This workshop, led by five presenters with a diverse background in trauma-informed resiliency practices, is a shorter version of the pre-conference event, and will provide tools and resources for trauma response practices and principles such as brain functioning and anxiety, and connection with the land - all specific to the agriculturalist experience. This workshop is designed for those actively involved in farming.
