In this session we’ll hear from three women who own and operate their businesses: a grower, a distributor, and a food producer. They have decades of experience and we’ll explore the unique aspects of their women-led approach to doing business. How do they navigate opportunities and challenges and share resources? What barriers do they encounter? Where do they find strength? How does being women-led shape their business decision-making process or their ability to solve problems creatively? How does being women-led affect the way they market their services, products, or companies in general? We’ll have an opportunity to share knowledge and experiences with audience members.
