As agricultural service providers, we have a responsibility to acknowledge the deep inequities underpinning our food and farming systems. California FarmLink (CFL) — a Community Development Financial Institution and nonprofit organization specializing in land access — is working on formally integrating organizational principles and practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion. CFL would like to discuss the challenges and successes of our journey with fellow service providers, farmers, and participants who may be involved in or starting similar practices.
