Adventures in Ecological Gardening

The presenter's gardening and farming adventures have taken her from public edible and pollinator gardens in Northern California to Japan, Malaysia, the Chelsea Flower Show in London, and a Prince’s organic farm in Saudi Arabia. What lessons from ecological gardening and farming in the western U.S. will translate to these faraway places? What lessons and information from these other places will help us here in our efforts to create healthy, productive organic gardens full of vitality? And just as important: how do these gardens communicate their messages? Information from Kate's bee-friendly garden book will be included in this workshop.
