National Organic Update

We always need to hear about what people are doing in Washington D.C. because the actions of the government affect organic farmers every day. This year for a change of pace we will hear from the National Organic Program and one of the newer members of the National Organic Standards Board (NOSB) on the current progress of rulemaking and guidance, as well as from a non-profit group about their Washington organic priorities. Topics may include hydroponics, animal welfare, aquaculture, genetic engineering technologies and more.
