EcoFarm Celebrates the History of West Coast Organic Farming in the 1960s–1970s: Part II

Stick around for the second of this two-part workshop to get a history lesson from many of the pioneers of organic agriculture in California. We need to hear these stories because the history of organic farming—as promoted by the powers that be—is inaccurate at best, and downright ridiculous at worst. Listen to this hardy crew of hippies, rebels and independent thinkers, who will set the record straight. They’ll tell us what took place back in the day, why they took those forks in the road, what happened next, and what they think of the current situation. Plenty of audience participation to balance out the opinions of the speakers.
