Leyes laborales y regulaciones para dueños de negocios agrícolas

Revisamos leyes federales y estatales relacionados a empleadores con trabajadores en el campo y empaque con respeto a 1) sueldo y tiempo suplementario; 2) descansos y enfermedades; y 3) seguro de compensación. También revisamos cómo se tratan miembros de la familia y contratistas independientes que trabajan en su rancho, y las responsabilidades del empleador hacia condiciones laborales como el acceso a baños y agua, herramientas, y calor, y como estos también se relacionan con la ley de Modernización de Seguridad de Alimentos (FSMA).
